I just met with a dear friend Katie Mamuad because she wanted me to "give my blessing" on a business she is starting. Means a lot to me when people care about my knowledge I have on Organic living, eating and the products we use on a daily basis. She treated me to coffee as well, the girl knows how to win over my heart Long story short, I did give my blessing to be the "Next Tarah Carr of Okinawa" as she says.......
